DBL Property was engaged as Development Managers to fully manage the process to maximise the value of Harold Park Paceway, secure rezoning for the highest and best land value and to manage the eventual sale of the property. DBL were therefore responsible for all facets of the value enhancement and the eventual sale of the property, leading to a rezoning and sale of the property above expectations at $187m.
