1901 Botany Road, Matraville

DBL Property was engaged by Monark Partners to manage the delivery and subdivision certification of an approximate 4 hectare industrial site in Matraville. The development aimed to create a new estate of 12 industrial lots arranged around a new private road. The project involved difficulties with site remediation, complex service delivery issues, and the implementation of earthworks and civil works around a riparian corridor.

DBL Property also managed the resolution of land titling issues to secure the delivery of a new signalised intersection on Botany Road.  All land titles were procured, and a Community Title scheme implemented under DBL Property direction.
