Initial land use proposals and residual land use analysis of the 7 hectare Ashmore Industrial Estate for Goodman. Schemes were developed for a multi unit residential redevelopment of the existing industrial estate seeking higher density development. DBL Property managed and directed a consultant team to develop the first development application for the site.
