Coronation Club, Burwood
Refurbishment of a traditional club in Burwood (NSW) where reconfiguration of the layout allowed the trading floor area to be expanded and take advantage of outlook onto Burwood Park. Upgrades required by BCA such as new lift access, and removal of asbestos were significant components of the works. In close consultation with the Club and budget requirements, DBL Property managed consultant documentation for Council approvals and tender packages, and acted as Superintendent for the contract. The Club were able to trade through the construction period, with opening by the Governor of NSW in November 2012.
