Toyota Park Grandstand and Upgrade
DBL Property managed the upgrade of Toyota Park for the Sharks NRL football club, a component of the Master Plan for revitalisation of the Cronulla Sharks Club. Works included securing funds from the Federal Government to enable construction of a new Southern Grandstand to expand seating capacity and improve facilities at the venue. DBL Property continued as Project Manager during design, approvals process and tender stages, and then construction over summer of the upgraded venue in time for a successful 2008 season.
