40 King Street, Sydney Building Refurbishment
Bledisloe Property Group engaged DBL Property to oversee the refurbishment of 40 King Street, a Heritage office building in the Sydney CBD.
Refurbishment included BCA upgrades for new lift, DDA compliance, and fire upgrades. Heritage values of the building were enhanced with renovation of the entry, lobby, and public domain curtilage. Six upgraded floors of commercial office space, with ground level retail were delivered. BPG established its new Australian HQ as part of the upgrade of the top floor with balcony outlook.
