Chatswood / Parramatta Rail Link – Development Sites Reviews
A property options and feasibility review of a number of construction sites and surplus sites along the length of the Parramatta to Chatswood Rail Link. Strategic decisions were made on the approach to dealing with these sites post construction. Sites included lands at Carlingford, Chatswood Railway Station Boundary Road, Chatswood and North Ryde. Works were carried out on behalf of the TIDC.
