360 Kent Street, Sydney Building Refurbishment
Bledisloe Property Group engaged DBL Property to manage all approvals for the refurbishment of a Heritage office building at 360 Kent Street, Sydney. The upgrade required compliance with current BCA and fire/life safety standards, but the opportunity to preserve and enhance the heritage controls in that compliance allowed for stunning contemporary tenancies to be presented within the building.
DBL Property managed all compliance and specialist technical studies for the DA submission and Construction Certificate and then provided assistance during construction.
