Crane Road Precinct, Castle Hill
DBL Property was engaged by the landowner of a highly prominent site located directly at the new station precinct at Castle Hill. The site was the subject of a new LEP increasing FSR and height. DBL Property was engaged to manage the process to achieve maximum sale value for the property through an expression of interest process. DBL Property were therefore responsible for preparing and assembling all due diligence information, appointing agents, assisting in preparing pre sale valuations, information memorandum documents, assisting with the sales campaign and negotiating final sale terms.
DBL Property has then been retained by the landowners as the landowner representative as the project proceeds through Development Consent.
