DBL Property were engaged to manage the redevelopment of the former Alcoa Rolled Products Facility at Yennora (31 ha). DBL managed all redevelopment, subdivision and site works and ultimately delivered all lots for sale. The project was undertaken over three stages taking 3.5 years and was complete in early 2019
