Stanhope Gardens Residential Subdivision
DBL Property worked with the Anglican Church Property Trust (Diocese of Sydney) to identify land surplus to the needs of a new Parish at Stanhope Gardens. An area of the site was deemed surplus and DBL Property then managed all facets of the project, including approvals, construction and sales to deliver 7 new residential parcels of land that were then retailed to the local market.
The project proved to be an effective model for the Diocese to source funding from surplus land and then recycle those funds into new Parish projects. This was the first of a series of projects of this type for the Anglican Church Property Trust.
