Logos Property engaged DBL Property to assist with the development of their new 20 Ha Prestons Distribution Estate.
DBL Property were engaged for initial site due diligence prior to purchase, concept design, approvals, and procurement of the Construction Certification for the staged delivery of new warehousing. Dealing with a range of Authorities to secure all approvals and create new site access was challenging, but the site is now fully developed and successful Logos Estate.
