South Prospect Planning Proposal
The Office of Strategic Lands (OSL) appointed DBL Property to project manage the preparation of a Planning Proposal for the rezoning of a 12.2ha land parcel adjacent to the M4, to facilitate future industrial development. Tasks included directing all technical studies, feasibility review and development concepts. The rezoning sought to allow industrial zoning of the land and effectively add it to the Greystanes industrial estate.
The process also involved extensive negotiation with Blacktown City Council and state government agencies to maximize the development potential and value of the site.
