Central Sydney Industrial Estate

A State Significant Development Approval for the Central Sydney Industrial Estate was issued on 31 January 2021 (SSD 10459).

The proposal involves:

• The staged subdivision of the site into 14 lots that will form the Estate over three stages (Stage 1A/1B, 2 and 3);
• Earthworks/filling to bench each of the lots;
• Construction of a new public access road running south from an intersection with Devon Street;
• A riparian corridor along Duck River.

Development of each of the new lots will be subject to future approval.
